Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservations at least 24 hours prior to your class. Cancellations that are not made at all or made less than 24 hours of the scheduled class will be charged for that class. If you need to cancel your class, please do so by email or call. We can be emailed at sipwatwirlofpaint@gmail.com. Please provide us with your reservation number if you have it. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which must be adhered to prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled class will result in a charge for the full amount of the class to your credit card and forfeit you being able to register for another class later. A store credit will be given to individuals canceling with at least 24 hours’ notice. “No shows” will NOT be issued a store credit. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 2 days before the date of the class. If you are late to the class, you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.
